    At Bombshell Nail Co., you'll find artisanal, hand crafted nail dip powders made in small batches, by hand, using high quality ingredients and jarred to order. As with any cosmetic product, if you experience any adverse reactions such as irritation or "dip flu," discontinue use immediately. We are not responsible for adverse reactions including, but not limited to, allergic reactions to ingredients or "dip flu" symptoms.


    Payment
    Payments are processed through Shopify. You may also choose Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Sezzle, or Klarna. Please see policy information for the individual processors. Items will not ship until payment has processed and cleared. Sales tax will be collected when appropriate.

    Bombshell Nail Co. provides Free Standard Shipping on orders $35 and over. Expedited shipping is also available.

    Current processing and shipping time is 7 business days but most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Be prepared to experience shipping delays. Orders containing dip liquids may also experience a delay due to shipping regulations. 

    Orders are shipped via USPS and tracking numbers provided. Please allow 24-48 business hours for tracking numbers to reflect acceptance and movement. Due to the current nature of COVID-19, there are currently transit delays. These are issues beyond our control. If you've checked tracking and you haven't had any movement of your package or it's delayed more than 7 business days, please reach out to USPS and fill out a Package Inquiry. Bombshell Nail Co. is not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit. 

    If your tracking number shows delivered but you do not have your package, fill out a Package Inquiry with USPS. If USPS confirms the delivery, please file a police report. Bombshell Nail Co. is not responsible for stolen packages.

    Shipping Insurance is provided through Route Package Protection at check out or as an individual product listing through the carrier. Orders without shipping insurance cannot be refunded or replaced.

    Be sure to double check your address. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly.

    International
    Orders are shipped using First Class Mail International and tracking numbers are provided. Deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air, or a combination of both. Please allow 24-48 business hours for tracking numbers to reflect acceptance and movement. Due to the current nature of COVID-19, there are currently transit delays. These are issues beyond our control.

    If you've checked the tracking number and you haven't had any movement of your package or it's delayed more than 30 business days, please reach out to USPS and fill out a Package Inquiry. Bombshell Nail Co. is not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit.

    If your tracking number shows delivered but you do not have your package, fill out a Package Inquiry with USPS. If USPS confirms the delivery, please file a police report.     International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and any additional import and customs fees. 

    Route Package Protection
    Optional Shipping Insurance is provided by Route is available at checkout. If you choose to not purchase Shipping Insurance, your package is not eligible for a refund or order replacement.

    Refund Policy
    Every effort is made for accurate product photos that shows the products in different lighting. Due to the handmade nature of our product, small variances may occur from batch to batch. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to exchange because they are not to your taste. If there is a defect with your order, please email orders@bombshellnailco.com. 

    Refunds cannot be granted for orders lost in transit unless Shipping Insurance has been purchased at check out. Refunds may be granted if your order is returned unopened and in its original condition and packaging.

    Store credit may be given as a refund on a case-by-case policy.
