The top coat seals in your dip powder and provides incredible toughness with incredible shine to finish off the Dip Powder treatment. Apply after the nail is prepped, dipped, and activated. You should only use the Top Coat when you are finished with the nail.

Ingredients: Cyanoacrylate, Ethyl Cyanoacrylate
Dip base and topcoat are made from Cyanoacrylate (essentially super glue). Use in a well-ventilated area. highly flammable. Can instantly bond skin. Do not use on fabric or paper as it can cause rapid polymerization, resulting in heat, smoke, and irritating vapors. Avoid any contact with skin, eyes, or surfaces other than nails. Flush eyes with running water or saline solution if contact occurs and get prompt medical attention. Wash thoroughly after handling. Store upright in a cool dry place.
